1. Before Work Commences

You may request a full refund prior to the commencement of review work.

Review work is considered to have commenced once:

• Your submitted materials have been opened and assessed, or

• Written feedback preparation has begun.

2. After Work Has Commenced

Once review work has commenced, the service is non-refundable.

This is due to the time, analysis, and intellectual input invested in delivering personalised feedback.

3. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once work has begun.

4. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
